Placement and Career

An important part of the mission of the Institute is to improve the quality of the Diploma and Graduate student experience. To that end, we spend a considerable amount of time talking with students about their goals, concerns, and suggestions for improving their experience. RIPSR is working towards enhancing the institutional culture to better serve the needs of an ever-changing and dynamic learning community.

Hence, Rahman Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research (RIPSR) has constituted the Placement & Career Guidance Cell for the Institution comprising of the following members.

The main objectives are:

• To assist students in understanding their potentials. This can be accomplished through psychometric tests specially designed for students and counseling by the faculty or professionals
• To support students to develop their potentials.
• To assist/counsel students to map to the available careers based on their potentials, aptitudes, and interests.
• To organize lectures and workshops by experts/professionals from companies, professors from reputed institutes, and alumni well placed in their careers.
• To enhance employability, technical expertise, professional skills among the students including communication ability, Personality Development in accordance with emerging trends and demand of the job market.
• To provide assistance in placement of students by coordinating and organizing on and off-campus recruitment drives.

Duties and Responsibilities:
