Bachelor of Pharmacy ( B.Pharm )

For admission into Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), a candidate should have:

• Passed Class 12 or equivalent examination with Science stream with not less than 50% marks in aggregate with combination of P.C.M. or P.C.B or P.C.M.B with English as one of the subject. Pass marks should be obtained separately in Physics, Chemistry, Biology (or) Mathematics without grace marks.
• Candidates must not be less than 17 years and not more than 24 years of age on 31st of December of the year in which the admission is sought. For SC/ST candidate, age may be relaxed by 3 years.
• In case of students belonging to SC/ST/ or Category- I, the minimum percentage of marks for admission to B.Pharm course shall be not less than 45% in 10+2 or equivalent examination (P.C.B, or P.C.M. or P.C.M.B.) with English as one of the subject. Pass marks should be obtained separately in Physics, Chemistry, Biology (or) Mathematics without grace marks.

In respect of candidates who have taken P.C.M.B. Combination the aggregate of P.C.M. or P.C.B. whichever is higher shall be considered for the purpose of admission. However, the students possessing 10+2 qualification from non-formal and non-class rooms based schooling such as National Institute of Open Schooling; open school systems of States etc. shall not be eligible for admission to B.Pharm Course.
