Rahman Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research aims to offer admission to students of the highest intellectual potential with fairness, equal opportunity, and academic excellence at the core of the process.
The principal aim of the admission policy of Rahman Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research (RIPSR) is to offer admission to students of the highest intellectual potential, irrespective of social, racial, religious or financial considerations.
Apart from this, we further aim at fairness, to ensure that each applicant is individually assessed, without partiality or bias, following the policy of "Equal Opportunities", and to ensure that, as far as possible, an applicant’s chance of admission to RIPSR does not depend on the choice of Institution.
Once students are admitted to RIPSR, we ensure that they are given the academic and personal support necessary for successful completion of their courses.

- Performance at interview
- School quality context (not school type)
Ultimately, all decisions about admissions are based on academic criteria – ability and potential. Excellence in extra-curricular activity will never compensate for lower academic potential.
