The diagnosis of seronegative spondyloarthritides is based on a combination of clinical evaluation, imaging studies, and laboratory tests. Treatment typically involves a combination of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs (DMARDs), and biologic agents, depending on the severity and progression of the disease. Physical therapy and exercise are also important components of management, as they can help maintain mobility and prevent complications such as spinal deformities.
