Other drug related problems : Observed: Epectated Palpitation salbutamol: can cause hypokalemia hypomagnesmia hyperglycemia and tachycardia. Hydrocortisone: osteoporsis and psycotic disorders.

Discharge counseling Use inhaler in proper technique. After ICS patient must rinse mouth with water to prevent growth of oral candidiasis and systemic side effects. Educate pt about disease and medications. Triggers avoidance Insure patient adherence to medication. Follow up with doctor to assess diagnosis.
