The traditional Sun Salutation sequence consists of 12 postures, performed in a continuous flow. Each posture is coordinated with a specific breath, and the sequence is performed with mindfulness and awareness.

Forward Fold (Uttanasana)

Half Forward Fold (Ardha Uttanasana)

Plank Pose (Phalakasana)
