Each of them has specific exploitation purposes. UK development BLIPS is a regular information system for current patients, Spain software Euro-phospholipids is prospective 10 year international project, connecting more than 20 countries, and Bulgarian solution – Imunolog is retrospective database, with strictly defined purpose objectives – to explore causes, treatment schemes, manifestations and reactions of all available patients in Bulgaria since 1960. It is elaborated a scheme for comparison of the developments with 31 parameters. SLE is not a rare disorder. affects women of child bearing age - female to male ratio is 5:1. The aetiology of SLE remains unknown. In SLE there is a predilection for clinical involvement of: joints, skin, kidney, brain, serosa, lug, heart and gastrointestinal tract. Women and minorities are disproportionately affected and SLE is most common in women of child-bearing age. The prognosis for patients with SLE has greatly improved over the last few decades with at least 80-90% of all patients surviving ten years. The software solution Developed on Delphi. Standard Passport data but with one main difference: It has tree types of ages – Disease beginning, Diagnosis and Health History date. The obligatory fields that should be filled during the patient’s admission are: Personal Identification Number (PIN) - It is provided a correction check of the PIN. Unique Identification Number of the curing doctor Visit Number – unique for every patient.
