Communication Introduction Basically communication is defined as a way in which two people meet each other and speak each other. In medical term it is defined as a way of talking in which patient easily talk about his problem and doctor should get it by using common rules. A process of sharing information by using different symbols and with behavior also between a doctor and a patient. Purpose: for the promotion of health. Promote health. For the maintenance of good health. For giving psychological support during the process of teaching and learning. Also boost up the confidence level of patient and the doctor also.
