The brain also plays a crucial role in higher cognitive processes such as language, memory, and decision-making. It is capable of learning and adapting through a process known as neuroplasticity, which allows it to reorganize and form new neural connections in response to new experiences.

Despite decades of research, much about the human brain remains a mystery, and scientists continue to study its structure and function in order to gain a deeper understanding of how it works and how to treat disorders and injuries that affect it.
